After Care Guide

Proper aftercare ensures the best results and longevity from your service. Read the relevant guide carefully and contact us if you have questions.

Hair Extensions

▸Do not wash for the first 48 hours.
▸Brush before washing. Wash gently from the bottom upward with sulfate-free shampoo.
▸Lather scalp gently around extensions. Dry completely with a blowdryer on cool air.

▸Apply conditioner on the ends only and use a deep conditioning mask every 2 weeks.
▸Apply serum or oil to ends only — avoid the scalp and top of extensions.

▸Book maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks to avoid damage.
▸Some hair fall during maintenance is normal — this is part of the natural growth cycle.

▸Apply the prescribed cream 3–5 times daily.
▸Avoid all other creams and products on the treated area (except protective ones).
▸Avoid all makeup in the serviced area, including foundation.
▸Avoid sun exposure.
▸Avoid exercises causing excessive sweating, saunas, and facial massages.
!Do NOT pick, peel, or scratch the area. Scabbing and itching is normal; disturbing the healing process causes uneven pigment and increases infection risk.

▸Avoid sun exposure. Wear large sunglasses and a hat outdoors.
▸Avoid suntanning, sunbeds, laser/light therapy, chemical peels, fruit acids, microdermabrasion, and creams with regeneration factors.
▸Avoid laser treatments over the treated area — this can destroy pigment and cause inflammation.
▸Note: Faster pigment fading may occur if you are using antibiotics or hormonal therapy.
▸Always protect the area with a sun protection cream — not just during the first 7 days.
▸Keep the area as dry as possible. When showering, use a gentle cleanser on a cotton pad (no alcohol, acids, or strong chemicals).
▸Pat dry gently if the area gets wet.
▸Book your retouch session as instructed by your specialist.

✕Get excessively wet for the first 24 hours — this allows the adhesive to cure properly.
✕Use steam rooms, saunas, or sunbeds for 48 hours.
✕Perm, tint, or use eyelash curlers.
✕Use waterproof or oil-based mascara — this breaks down the adhesive. If using mascara, apply only on the tips, never at the roots.
✕Rub or pick at the extensions.

▸Lasts up to 12 months with regular maintenance (depending on care and adherence to appointments).
▸Maintenance every 6 weeks: the integration is removed, the scalp and hair are washed thoroughly, then reapplied.

▸Wash 1–2 times per week only, using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner on ends only.
▸Rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains under the integration.
!You must dry hair 100% after every wash. If you cannot dry it completely, do not wash.

▸You may style normally, but high ponytails and buns may not always be possible as the system could show.
▸Heat tools are fine with heat protection.
▸Swimming is allowed — tie hair up, and if wet, wash, condition, and dry thoroughly afterwards.
▸Active follicles will continue to grow during the integration period — length and thickness may increase between maintenance appointments.
