Hair Extensions
Do not wash your hair for the first 48 hours after extension application. Brush hair thoroughly before washing. Wash hair gently from the bottom upwards using sulfate-free shampoo. Lather your scalp gently around the extensions. Always dry hair completely after washing using a blowdryer (cool air).
Secure hair in a light braid or pony tail before sleeping.
Use conditioner on the ends of your hair after washing + a deep conditioning mask once every 2 weeks. Apply Serum or Oil to ends. Avoid applying mask or oil to the scalp or top part of extensions.
Use heat protection spray before heat (blowdry or straightener). Avoid applying direct heat to top of the hair extensions (i.e. on the tape of ring).
Avoid salt water and chlorine. In case of swimming, put hair up in a bun and avoid diving or wear a swimcap.
Ensure booking maintenance appointments in advance & within 6-8 weeks to avoid damage to your extensions and/or your natural hair.
Expect some normal hair fall during your maintenance appointment as this is part of the hair growth cycle which will only appear when your extensions are removed &re-applied.

Microblading
- Apply prescribed cream as necessary 3-5 times daily.
- Avoid all other creams or products (except the protective ones).
- Avoid all makeup in the serviced area, including foundation.
- Avoid sun exposure.
- Avoid exercises that cause excessive sweating, sauna, facial massage.
- Do Not Pick, Peel or Scratch! Scabbing and itching are normal; it shows that your body is naturally healing. Disturbing the healing process through picking scabs, itching or peeling dead skin will not only create an uneven pigment but also dramatically increase the risk of infection. If you allow the skin to heal naturally, then you will experience no scarring.
- Avoid sun exposure! Wear large sunglasses & a hat to protect the treated area.
- Avoid suntanning, sunbeds, light (laser) therapy, chemical peels, fruit acids, microdermabrasion, creams that contain regeneration factors.
- Avoid laser treatments over the treated area during the healing period because they can destroy the pigment and cause inflammation. Faster fading out of pigment can happen if the clients use antibiotics or hormonal therapy.
- Always protect the area from the sun by using sun protection cream (not only during the first 7 days).
- Keep the area as dry as possible during the healing process. When showering or bathing, do not splash your face with water or use your standard face wash. Instead, apply a small amount of a gentle face cleanser to a cotton pad and clean your face. Avoid any cleaners that contain alcohol, acids or strong chemicals as it risks burning the treatment area. If you accidentally get the treatment area wet, simply pat the area dry gently using a clean tissue or cotton pad.
- Book you Retouch Session as instructed by your Beautician.
Eyelash Extensions
- DO NOT get excessively wet for the first 24 hours. This allows the adhesive to cure (dry).
- DO NOT use steam rooms, saunas or sunbeds for 48 hours.
- DO NOT perm, tint or use eyelash curlers.
- DO NOT use waterproof or oil based mascara on your extensions as they contain chemical properties that will break down the adhesive. Mascara on the tips only, never the roots.
- DO be gentle around your eyes, don’t rub or pick at your extensions.
- DO use a mascara wand to brush you lashes each morning & night.
- DO sleep on your back as much as possible.
- DO book a refill appointment every 14 days.
- DO have them professional removed.
Hair Integration (Microline)
With regular maintenance, it will last up to 12 months. Exact time depends on how well you take care of the hair and adhere to maintenance appointments.
Every 6 weeks. The integration is removed, scalp and hair are washed thoroughly and then the integration is reapplied.
- You should wash your hair 1-2 times per week only, using sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner on the hair ends only.
- You must rinse your hair very thoroughly to ensure no shampoo residue under your integration.
- You must dry your hair 150% after every wash! If you don’t have time to dry your hair completely using a blow-dryer, you should not wash it!
- Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner (for hair ends)
- Serum or Argan Oil for hair ends
- Heat Protection Product
- Hair Extension Brush – Tangle Teezer
- You may style your hair normally, however, high pony tails/buns might not be possible as part of the system may show.
- You may use heat styling tools normally on the hair as long as you use heat protection.
Yes, however, you should tie your hair up during swimming to avoid chlorine or seawater. If you do get your hair wet, it must be washed and conditioned afterwards and then dried thoroughly.
If hair follicles are active then your hair will continue to grow & you can observe length/thickness increase during maintenance. We recommend you take photos for comparison. Hair that falls during maintenance is hair that has naturally shed but was trapped under the integration.
